The man on the phone is a retired psychologist and picked up your book expecting not much. He said he's seen so many books that promise something substantial, but deliver nothing, but this one was different. He says that everything said in the book is so true and important and he's been recommending it to his friends, which is a big deal because he has never recommended a book before.
