6. Basic Health Publications--A Wealth of Health Books
Norman Goldfind, the publisher of Basic Health Publications, was interviewed by RHYW. "As a medium-sized publisher we felt that we did not have the combination of resources required to begin our evolution into digital publishing on our own, and that a partner would be necessary. After doing our due diligence, it was apparent to us that ReadHowYouWant met our criteria of technical know-how, marketing savvy, and cost effectiveness." (click here to read the full article)

Basic Health Publications' title, Macular Degeneration: A Complete Guide for Patients and Their Families by ophthalmologist Michael A. Samuel, is an authoritative, easy-to-understand guide. According to Lighthouse International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people overcome the challenges of vision loss, age-related macular degeneration (AMD) affects 25 to 30 million people.
